    Brian Etheridge is president of Leadership North Carolina. Brian’s extensive statewide connections and work in the nonprofit sector, coupled with his studies in Education, make Brian well-suited to bring Leadership North Carolina’s vision to life. Staying true to his North Carolina roots, Brian is an alumnus and member of the Board of Visitors of The University of North Carolina at Wilmington. In addition to service to numerous community organizations, including the YMCA of the Triangle Y Guides Nation Board of Directors, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, exercising with his friends from @F3Raleigh, and staying up on politics. Brian and his wife Meredith have three children who inspire them every day.

    Kelly Turner serves as program director at Leadership North Carolina. She brings to this role more than 18 years of experience in project management, communications, and consulting for a variety of nonprofits. Kelly studied English and political science at the University of Richmond and earned her MA in English from Simmons College. She is active in the Raleigh community and serves on the board of the Conn Elementary School PTA. In Kelly’s free time she enjoys reading, running, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband, their two children, and their big, goofy dog, Rocket.

    Maggie Stroud serves as the alumni relations and program coordinator at Leadership North Carolina.  She brings to this role more than 10 years of experience in project management and community service. Maggie was born and raised in New Bern and relocated to Raleigh while attending Meredith College.  Her North Carolina roots and love for the state are strong!  In addition to serving numerous local community organizations, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying out a new recipe, and playing with her sweet dog, Lily.
