The base hotel for the Planning Meeting and Graduation Ceremony is the Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh Downtown, located in Raleigh’s Glenwood South area. The group rate is $189/night. Reservations can be made through the link below through April 9, 2023, pending availability.
If you choose to stay at the Hampton Inn, you may stay Tuesday night, Wednesday night, or both nights. The reservation page defaults to a two-night stay. If you wish to stay just one night, after you first click “Book a Room,” use the “Edit Stay” button towards the top right of the page to choose your dates. Visit the Schedule and Attire page for an outline of events. More details will be posted there as they become available.
We encourage you to make reservations as soon as possible. If the block fills before the reservation deadline, availability for additional rooms at the group rate is at the discretion of the hotel.
LNC will make reservations for all BCBSNC and UnitedHealthcare scholarship recipients. If any scholarship recipient will NOT need a room at the Sheraton, let Kelly know right away.
