Facilitated ILT Debrief (Virtual): January 16, 4 – 6 pm
For the two-day Inclusive Leadership (ILT) training, members of LNC Class 32 will be assigned to one of two cohorts. Group 1 will attend the training on January 6 – 7, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm each day (optional breakfast at 7:30 am). Group 2 will attend the training January 9 – 10, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm each day (optional breakfast at 7:30 am). Group assignments are linked below. Please mark your calendars accordingly.
Schedule Adjustment: The “500 Years of North Carolina History” content from Orientation will be presented on Wednesday, January 8, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm (optional breakfast at 8:00 am). All members of Class 32 will have the option too attend this makeup content from Orientation during the day between the two ILT trainings.
In addition to the in-person ILT program, there will be a reflections and debrief session (virtual via Microsoft Teams) on Thursday, January 16, 2025, 4:00 – 6:00 pm. This session will be optional, but participation is highly encouraged.
Participation in the two-day Inclusive Leadership Training is mandatory. Failure to attend and fully participate in the entire training requires withdrawal from the program with no refund. Participation in the Wednesday “500 Years of North Carolina History” content is not required but is highly encouraged.
