Facilitated ILT Debrief (Virtual): January 22, 4 – 6 pm
For the two-day Inclusive Leadership (ILT) training, members of LNC Class 33 will be assigned to one of two cohorts. Group 1 will attend the training on January 12 – 13, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm each day (optional breakfast at 7:30 am). Group 2 will attend the training January 15 – 16, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm each day (optional breakfast at 7:30 am). Group assignments are linked below. Please mark your calendars accordingly.
In addition to the in-person ILT program, there will be a reflections and debrief session (virtual via Zoom) on Thursday, January 22, 2026, 4:00 – 6:00 pm. This session will be optional, but participation is highly encouraged. A calendar invitation has been sent.
Participation in the two-day Inclusive Leadership Training is mandatory. Failure to attend and fully participate in the entire training requires withdrawal from the program with no refund.
