After the winter break, Class 34 will reconnect in Durham for the Inclusive Leadership Training session. Participants will explore how identity, systems, and decision-making intersect while developing skills to lead effectively across differences in their workplaces and communities.

Participation in the two-day Inclusive Leadership Training is mandatory. Failure to attend and fully participate in the entire training requires withdrawal from the program with no refund. Note that there is no Tuesday programming for this session.
