DoubleTree by Hilton New Bern & Tryon Riverfront Inn New Bern

The base hotels for the New Bern Orientation session are the DoubleTree and the Tryon Riverfront Inn. The group rate for the DoubleTree is $189 and the group rate for the Tryon Riverfront Inn is $199. These hotels are next door to each other, and both are within walking distance of the program venue. Reservations can be made through the links below by September 6, 2026, pending availability. If the blocks fill before the reservation deadline, availability for additional rooms is at the discretion of the hotel.
We encourage you to make reservations as soon as possible. If you live locally, you are not required to stay at the hotel but you are welcome to do so. If you have questions, reach out to MK.
