- 8:30 am: Planning Meeting (required). Casual or business casual attire.
- 2:50 pm: Transition Time – time to dress or refresh for class photo and graduation ceremony.
- 3:25 pm: Gather for Class Picture
- 3:30 pm: Class Picture. Business attire.
- 3:45 pm: Graduation Seating (for class members and their guests).
- 4:00 pm: Graduation and Awards Ceremony, reception immediately following. Business attire.
