Tuesday, May 9th
May 9th will include two optional events connected to Class 30’s planning retreat and graduation. The optional Reflections session will be 2:30 – 4:30 pm at the Nature Research Center in downtown Raleigh. The optional class gathering will be held at Jiddi at 5:00 pm (start time may shift slightly). Each class member may bring one guest to the evening event. Advance RSVP for both May 9th events required.
Wednesday, May 10th
On May 10th, members of Class 30 will gather at William Peace University to begin planning the content for the next program year. The required planning meeting will run 8:30 am – 2:30 pm, with a light breakfast available 8:00 – 8:30 am. The group will reconvene on the grounds of the State Capitol at 3:20 pm for a class picture (taken promptly at 3:30 pm) before proceeding to the North Carolina Museum of History for their graduation ceremony. A reception will be held immediately following graduation. Each class member may bring two guests to graduation and the reception. If you would like to bring more than two guests, please indicate this on the attendance survey (to be completed in mid-April) and also reach out to Kelly to verify capacity. Advance RSVP for the May 10th events required.
