LNC Mentor Program–Alumni Sign Up
Inspire excellence. Stay connected. Build community.
The LNC Mentor Program pairs incoming class members with alumni who can share advice on how to make the most of the LNC experience and serve as a sounding board throughout the program year. We aim to pair program participants with alumni who are located in the same county and/or have a similar career field. The mentorship lasts for the length of the program year. Participants connect via e-mail, phone, and personal meetings.
As a graduate of Leadership North Carolina, your experience is invaluable to current class members as well as to other alumni. We invite you to share your knowledge by participating in the LNC Mentor Program. Serving as a mentor is a great way to expand your network and stay connected to the LNC community.
Mentors are asked to have at least one in-person meeting with their partners and are encouraged to communicate throughout the program year. We encourage you to make a special effort to attend LNC events held in your area during the program year, including monthly session receptions, the LNC Forum in late January and the May 11 graduation ceremony in Raleigh.
Assignments will be made in September for the program year running October 2016 through May 2017. To join our directory of mentors, you may complete the online form. Thank you for your support of the LNC Mentor Program!
