Ken Burton is the Sales Performance & Support Executive for the national Healthcare, Education and Not-for-Profit practice in the Global Commercial Bank. In this role, he collaborates with leaders and business partners across the U.S. to ensure that all HENFP client relationship managers deliver a consistently good experience to their clients and prospects. Specifically, Ken equips relationship managers to effectively maintain contact with clients and prospects, thoughtfully assess their financial needs, proactively acquaint them with our world-class solutions suite and thoughtfully recommend appropriate actions.

Prior to his current position, Ken worked in Corporate Treasury as the Governance & Control Senior Manager, where he was responsible for ensuring appropriate oversight of all critical Treasury functions in the following areas: Transaction Management, Guarantee Management and Liquidity Risk and Control. He previously served as the Senior Manager of Securities Administration, where he supported the domestic and international capital raising activities of Bank of America Corporation and Bank of America, N.A. Ken also spent eight years in Bank of America’s Global Corporate Investment Bank.

Ken graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina A&T State University, later earned an MBA from Duke University and most recently received an MDIV from Virginia Union University.

Ken is affiliated with several organizations within the North Carolina and Charlotte communities including the Leadership North Carolina Board of Directors, the North Carolina A&T State University Board of Visitors, the Charlotte Metro YMCA Board of Directors, Access Charlotte, the Reeder Memorial Baptist Church and the Pi Phi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

Ken lives in Charlotte with his wife and their three children.
